Brass Round Male Connector

The round male connector is a variant of the standard male connector whose body is fully turned to a smooth cylindrical profile instead of a hex. This gives a slimmer envelope for tight appliance interiors, a cleaner look on visible installations, and less material per piece at high volumes. Definite Metal CNC-turns brass round male connectors in Jamnagar, India, for 4–25 mm and 1/8″–1″ tube, with BSP or NPT studs, sharing ferrules and nuts with our brass compression fittings range, exclusively for bulk and OEM buyers.

Applications & Industries

Round-body studs appear inside gas stoves, water heaters, coffee machines, and other appliances where the fitting sits close to walls or other components and a hex body would foul. Panel builders and instrument makers also prefer them on exposed gauge and burner connections for their neat turned appearance. Combine with a bulkhead union where lines pass through enclosure walls.

Frequently Asked Questions

Function and sealing are identical; only the body shape changes. The standard version has a hex body for spanner grip, while the round version has a turned cylindrical body that saves radial space and weight.

The compression nut still has a hex and takes the spanner during tube make-up. Where the stud itself must be torqued into a port, we can machine small wrench flats or a slot on the stud end to your drawing.

Tube ends cover 4–25 mm metric and 1/8″–1″ inch ODs; studs are threaded BSPP (ISO 228), BSPT (ISO 7), or NPT (ASME B1.20.1). Special lengths and body diameters are routine CNC work.

We focus on production quantities, though pilot lots for OEM approval can be discussed alongside a volume forecast. Export shipments carry ISO 9001:2015 quality backing, with mill test certificates and RoHS statements available, dispatched FOB Mundra or CIF worldwide.
